Walk in cooler and freezer special doors

The insulated impact double acting door is designed for use in applications where aesthetic appeal and thermal separation are considerations and where heavy double acting flow exists.

All semi-rigid, double acting doors feature a molded construction outer skin. The door body has no gaps or joint seams and is impervious to moisture, acids, petroleum products, animal fats or salt solutions.

Door panels are foamed-in-place with high-density polyurethane foam and are available in partially or fully gasketed models.

Doors are specially constructed of lightweight materials, so they open easily and operate smoothly.

Impact double acting doors are available in various colors and can be equipped with numerous options, including spring bumpers, impact plates, lower hinge guards, double pane windows and locking devices.

For situations that require larger door openings or a need to keep the floor free for traffic, a manual or self-closing sliding door may be specified. It opens and closes with a minimum of effort and is available in either a left or right-hand slide.

The door plug is fabricated using four inches of polyurethane insulation and various types of metal skins to meet most applications. Two casings and one header are covered with metal.

Back-up casings and header are furnished for the interior of the walk-in so no additional support is required in the wall panels.

The track system consists of an aluminum track on which aluminum hanger brackets with bearing wheels ride. The track has recesses cut in to allow the door to drop down and in for a positive seal. The door guide and roller system supplied for the bottom of the door also insures a positive seal.

A polyurethane recessed handle on the interior and a polished chrome pull handle on the exterior of the door are provided. Heater wires are supplied for freezer applications.

For electric sliding doors, additional clearance is required. Please consult factory. Available in either bi-parting or single door models. Single door models can be either left or right slide
